  • Payments made are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items (as per our Shipping Issue Policy).

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • We aim to provide accurate descriptions and photos of all jewellery pieces.

  • Slight variations in color, shine, or size may occur due to lighting, camera, or screen differences.

  • All product details such as size, material, and care instructions must be checked before ordering.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours.

  • UAE delivery typically takes 1–3 business days.

  • International delivery may take 7–14 business days depending on the destination.

  • Delivery charges depend on the customer’s location.

  • Any customs charges for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. No Return / No Exchange Policy

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all jewellery items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Only damaged, defective, or incorrect items qualify for review.

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with:

    • Unboxing video

    • Clear photos of the item

    • Order number

6. Shipping Issues

Lashadesignz will review replacement eligibility only if the customer provides:

  • An unboxing video from the moment the package is opened

  • Clear images showing the damage or incorrect product

  • The order number and customer details

If approved, our support team will resolve the issue promptly.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All photos, product designs, logos, and content on our pages are the property of Lashadesignz.

  • Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy

  • Customer information is used only for order processing and communication.

9. Liability

  • Lashadesignz is not responsible for:

    • Delays caused by couriers or customs

    • Misuse, wear & tear, or improper handling of jewellery
